Our customers emphasize that service and support are important when deploying a fleet management solution. As a result, we are dedicated to mitigating the amount of training and support needed by offering an easy-to-use, intuitive application. However, we still provide numerous options for supporting our application to increase customer service visibility. Web-based or on-site training with our experienced instructors is available. Our robust support section of our application comes standard for all users and includes 24/7 access to our support materials.
SUPPORT MATERIALS
End-users of the application have on-demand access to numerous support channels -- without having to leave the application -- offering assistance in the following areas:
- FAQs – The Frequently Asked Questions section consists of the most common questions solicited from end-users. Questions include, but are not limited to, topics such as how to use specific functions of the application, how to interpret application data and reports, and how to administer the application within your organization.
- Library – The support library section consists of industry-specific information such as installation manuals (including information relating to corresponding hardware necessary to interact with our application), user manuals (such as Garmin device operation manuals), industry-specific documentation, news and best-practices information, as well as other support documents and information.
- Videos – The video section consists of short 5-10 minute videos covering subjects ranging from high-level application usage to detailed, specific application function walkthroughs. The content employs embedded video streaming content directly within the application in order to eliminate the necessity of having users download content.
- Integration Support – The integration support section consists of a list of the current vendors and software that we integrate to our application along with contact information directly to those vendors. This section also provides users with an easy method to submit inquiries for new software application integrations that users identify as an opportunity for additional application usages and that may benefit their businesses.
