As we develop new software and systems,client feedback has taught us that service and support are crucial elements when deploying a fleet management solution. As a result, we are dedicated to minimizing the amount of training needed by offering an easy-to-use, intuitive application. However, we still provide numerous options for supporting via our web-based application to increase customer service visibility. Web-based or on-site training with our experienced instructors is available. All installation, customer service and technical support staff are comprehensively trained and have extensive product knowledge to ensure complete integration of our fl eet tracking system into a company’s existing operations.

The Frequently Asked Questions section consists of the most common questions solicited from end-users. Questions include, but are not limited to, topics such as how to use specific functions of the application, how to interpret application data and reports, and how to administer the application within your organization.


Library

The support library section consists of industry-specific information such as installation manuals (including information relating to corresponding hardware necessary to interact with our application), user manuals (such as Garmin device operation manuals), industry-specific documentation, news and best-practices information, and release notes.  In addition, users have the ability to create a company-specific library with the ability to upload unlimited company-specific documents to this centralized location.


Videos

The video section consists of short 5-10 minute videos covering subjects ranging from high-level application usage to detailed, specific application function walkthroughs. The content employs embedded video streaming content directly within the application in order to eliminate the necessity of having users download content.
