• Manage Units: Capture a wealth of vehicle information such as license plate number, registration expiration date, upload a vehicle photo, store unlimited documents related to the vehicle, define speed and idle limits, vehicle capacity, define vehicle groups and segments, and much more.
• Manage Drivers: Consolidate driver information in one central location to store driver contact information, emergency contact information, upload a driver photo, store unlimited documents related to the driver, keep track of certifications and driver's license expiration date.
• Manage Landmarks: Create landmarks around an address or customer location to be saved and used elsewhere throughout the application and easily organize landmarks into groups.
• Manage Geofences: Define a virtual geographical perimeter around an address or physical location to be able to track when vehicles breach a perimeter.
• Manage Utilities: Create email and text message alerts, schedule reports, and define settings used in dispatching integration to driver Personal Navigation Devices (PND).
• Manage Contacts: Create customer contact lists to be saved and used elsewhere throughout the application. Contacts are easily organized by user-defined groups.
